That's a great useful insight , Can you help me to understand how X CPO can invite other network /charger into his platform through OCPI protocol? My Question sounds little un constructive but I hope you understand what I am looking for ?

I don't understand the technicalities of OCPI protocol, but here's my thinking.
Charger OEM -> OCPP -> CPO backend -> CPO front end (App)
The chargers are listed on the backend and the front end. The CPOs know when the charger is in session and thus the realtime status.
It is really upto the CPOs to talk to each other, or an independent 3rd party to show the list of chargers and their status.
